Return Policy
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Authorization Required
- You must contact Customer Service at sales@cecobox.com to obtain a Return Authorization Code before returning any items.
- An Authorization Form will be emailed to you, which must be completed and included with your return shipment.
Return Timeline
- You must request your return within 5 calendar days of receiving your item.
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your Authorization Code to return the item.

- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
- All custom and clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns, refunds, or exchanges if the item(s) do not meet the return criteria.
